Watch Teofimo Lopez Slap Arnold Barboza Jr. when putting fierce play when security comes

Teofimo Lopez is perhaps the third fight of the star card directed towards Times Square on May 2, but he drew the attention of the main event after slapping the opponent Arnold Barboza Jr. during a heated game on Monday.

The Lopez always frank was vocal as usual by going back and forth with Barboza during a press conference before the fight, but the real action occurred after having come together for the Stardedown. Barboza started things when he eliminated Lopez’s cowboy hat and that led to pushing and pushing between the fighters.

Oscar de la Hoya did his best to separate the fighters, but his best efforts were not sufficient.

Just before separating, Lopez slapped Barboza while security rushed to intervene to make sure that a real fight did not separate on stage. The jaw continued while security raised Barboza in fact on the other side of the stage while Lopez continued to shout.

Although this fight presented the most fireworks, Ryan Garcia also faced his opponent Rolly Romero, although it was not as dramatic. The same goes for Devin Haney and his next opponent Jose Ramirez after meeting on stage as part of the historic event on May 2.

The triple head boxing event should take place in the middle of Times Square in New York on May 2 with the card broadcast live on Dazn. If everything goes well for Garcia and Haney, they should compete after the result after their first fight was canceled after Garcia was tested positive for a prohibited substance.
