Undertaker seems to have had a hand in bringing a new coach to WWE LFG.
WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats) premiered in February. The series follows a trip sixteen hopes that hope to earn a place on the NXT list. On Wednesday, Peter White reported that Lfg It was renovated for the second season at A&E. However, one key change was mentioned, and Michelle McCool replaced Mickie James as one of the coaches.
Many fans asked why James would not return for the second season. According to the Fightful report (by the way Fightful Select), Sources close to the production of A & e claim that Undertaker was “instrumental” in the fact that Michelle McCool, his wife, added as a coach on the show. It was observed that Undertaker was open to return to the show if McCool was on. Then a decision was made to bring her to replace James.
The fight emphasized that there was no indication that Undertaker was particularly asked to remove James or that McCool should replace it. However, he announced that he just wanted McCool involved in the show.
James, together with colleagues the first coaches, Undertaker, Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley, are still planning to appear together on the Nxt Roadblack on March 11.

In 2010, Mickie James was involved in a rivalry with WWE Divas Michelle McCool and Layla champion. The duo, known as Laycool, harassed James for overweight (obviously not true) and her nickname is “Piggy James”. For WWE, it was a real low point, and no one was even involved in a corner, including McCool.
McCool, which was recently announced as a 2025 WWE HALL OF FAME INTUCTEE, appeared on Insight with Chris Van Vliet and said she would apologize to James every week before they went to the ring.
“I am acknowledged to this day, and I told someone the other day and I told her. But the whole story of Piggy James, I hated her in my heart, just for what was. You are harassing someone, allegedly having an overweight, and that was never me. Every week I’m going to her, ‘Mickie, I’m so sorry.
“(Mickie was) a complete professional. She never tried to change things, which often did the girls. She was not once. She’s like, ‘No, she’s fine. It’s okay.’ She knew two in Tango, she knew what her role was. She knew what our role was, and really, I mean, she put us on the ticket with that story,” McCool added.
