UFC 313: A fight canceled hours before kickoff of the event

The UFC 313 suffered a defeat only a few hours before the Alex Pereira event against Magomed Ankalaev.

UFC officials announced that John Castaneda had suffered an illness and that his 145 pound confrontation with Chris Gutierrez is canceled.

With cancellation, the à la carte payment card advances with 11 fights.

Castaneda was to compete in UFC Vegas 103 a week ago before his opponent Douglas Silva de Andrade was scratched due to a medical problem. “SEXI MEXI” sought to bounce a loss of decision in Daniel Marcos in his last fight.

Gutierrez will have to wait for his next octagon step. “El Guapo” was initially to face Jean Matsumoto on Saturday, but Matsumoto was transferred to the UFC Seattle, where he left a decision to fly.
