Rock could prepare to make one of his most important films of his career.
According to Mike Fleming Jr. and Justin Kroll from the deadlineAround Hollywood hovering in Hollywood because of a movie directed by Martin Scorsese, featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Leonardo Dicaprio and Emily Blunt.
The movie will reportedly write Nick Bilton. Deadline provides the following description of this movie without a title:
The film focuses on the tumultuous weather on the island paradise when the ambitious chief of the mobster fought against rival criminal fractions to draw control of the underwater of the Hawaiian islands. It was a bloody battle, a type of Scorkese terrain covered with a goodfellas and leaving. In the 1960s and 70’s Hawaii, this awful and charismatic edge of the boss comes out to build the most powerful criminal empire on the island, the leading the brutal war against corporations with the mainland and rival unions while fighting for the preservation of his ancestral country. It is based on an untold true story of a man who struggled to preserve his homeland ruthless pursuit of absolute power – the burning of the last major American mob sage, where the war for cultural survival takes place in the most amazing places: paradise.
The rock collaborated with Emily Blunt on Disney’s Cruise from the jungle And the upcoming A24 movie, Breaking machine.
