Rock made another terrain with an indisputable WWE Cody Rhodes champion in the WWE smackdown episode 28. February.
The “Last Boss” returned to WWE programming in the WWE SMARKDOWN 21. February 21st. He told Rhodes that he wanted to be his champion, and he wanted his soul. He also said he was expecting an answer at the WWE ELIMINATION CHAMBER.
Rhodes came to the ring in the Episode of Wwe Smackdown on February 28, and Michael Cole revealed that Rock got him a custom truck with his “American Nightmare” logo on it. Rock then appeared on the video screen and sent a message to Rhodes. He said Rhodes would make a decision all his life at the WWE ELIMINATION CHAMBER. He also said they had talked all week, and he knew Rhodes would do the right thing.
After pointing out a custom truck, Rock said he would realize all Rhodes’ dreams. He raised the Rhodes family and said that they would make all their dreams come true. He said Rhodes would give him a soul.
Rock then discovered that he had a custom belt with weight with “Cody’s Soul” on it. The belt had the day Dusty Rhodes died written on it. Rock said Dusty was one of his heroes, and that night broke his heart. He told Rhodes not to break his heart anymore. Rock said he would tell Rhodes at the WWE Elimination Chamber to accept him as his champion. He finished the message, saying Rhodes to love him.
