James Harden: No More Vets, That’s why you see NBA guys short and then lost

What do you think people criticize the game today? Saying that there are so many hours or doesn’t balance it? James Harden: I don’t want to feel like the old man complain, but there aren’t many vets in teams. Young men have no experience. When I arrived at the league, I had real Vet-Nazr Mohammed, Kevin Ollie, Nick Collison. They show me how to become a professional, how to work, how can everyone handle with NBA. Now? It’s a lot of young men trying to figure it out on their own. I took teams who wanted to give the opportunity to young players. But they don’t know how to be professionals, how to work, how to make a long career. So you saw the men in NBA just for years, and then they lost. And that’s what the NBA wants, I think, or what people want. I don’t know. But on the back when the newborns fall and the excitement there, no one has a problem with it.
