Hawks plan to sign Jacob Toppin in two-way manner

Knicks stopped Matt Ryan and Jacob Toppin, their couple of two-lane contracts, which set the stage for further roster that reinforces the end of the bench. Now they have a regular roster area and two two-way space to be filled.
