Jimmy Jacobs believe Tony Khan has changed the amount of money that people receive a payment in the wrestling industry.
Former All elite wrestling Employee Jimmy Jacobs recently sat down Mark O’Brien from Bodislam.net. Asked about Tony Khan’s leading role in the company, Jacobs said that this was something Khan takes very seriously.
“Tony realizes that, like, really serious,” Jimmy Jacobs said. “To make so many people revolve around what he does and the decision he makes. He takes it seriously, not just the effect Aew had.”
Jacobs believes that Tony Khan launched Aew 2019 to everyone in the industry of multiple jobs and money than it has been in the last 20 years.
“There was no better time to be a professional in the last 20 years,” Jimmy Jacobs said. “When I started ’99, it was hot weather. But in the last 20 years there is no better time to be a wrestler. There are so many jobs, so many people who make such good money.
“WWE has increased rates that paid boys at the time Aew started. I don’t know if there is a direct correlation, because obviously there is a Fox Agreement and Saudi Arabia, but I gue more money.
“Everyone in the wrestling business earns more money because of Tony Khan, and his presence, the presence of his company and what he chose for television, they also influenced how WWE … You know what they do.”
